Dear Stakeholders,

When we set out on our journey in 1994 as Sistem Alüminyum, our goal was not merely to manufacture but to become a trusted brand offering innovative solutions that shape the industry. Today, as we look back, we take pride in the significant strides we’ve made toward this vision and in the strong position we have established within the sector. Since our inception, we have maintained an average annual growth rate of 30%, setting an exemplary standard in sustainable success.

Currently, with over 1,200 employees—who are the cornerstone of our achievements—we operate in a production facility built on 330,000 m² of land, 120,000 m² of which is covered. From construction to automotive, energy to aviation, white goods to marine, and lighting sectors, we offer tailored products and solutions across various industries. Our facilities house some of the most advanced technologies in the sector. With 9 presses, we produce 103,000 tons of aluminum profiles annually, while our billet casting line reaches a production capacity of 130,000 tons per year. We achieve an annual production of 30,000 tons and 12 million pieces in special anodizing, and our electrostatic powder coating line delivers 50,000 tons annually. Our mechanical processing facility, equipped with 17 CNC machines with 9, 5, 4, and 3 axes, enables us to carry out precise machining processes. We reach an annual capacity of 7,000 tons in forging and 9 million m² in aluminum composite panel production. In addition, we produce 4,000 dies per year and support our manufacturing processes with a comprehensive archive of 25,000 dies.

With our wide product range and high production capacity, we are strengthening our position not only in Türkiye but also in the global market. Since our founding, we have exported to over 75 countries across 4 continents, and in the last six years, we have tripled our export volume, contributing significantly to our nation’s industry and economy. As a company helping Türkiye become a primary address in aluminum solutions, we were included in the Turquality Brand Support Program in 2024. Through this program, we aim to further showcase our strong production capacity and export potential in international markets.

Our investments are consistently enhancing our production and economic performance. In 2024, we exceeded 7 billion TL in turnover and realized 20 million USD in investments. With the commissioning of our Vertical Coating Line, we increased surface processing speed, offering more diverse and higher-quality products in a shorter time. By launching our High-Capacity Storage Facility, we enabled automatic storage and faster flow of products from production to the next stage. We expanded our composite panel production capacity by more than 50% and gained the ability to produce panels up to 2 meters in length. We centralized all our forging machines and processes in a dedicated 2,000 m² facility, increasing our forging capacity by 65% through this strategic investment.

Beyond production volumes and economic achievements, we believe success also lies in environmental and social responsibility. We place sustainability at the heart of our operations to leave a more livable world for future generations. Established in 2022, our Sustainability Committee and Working Group drive our efforts in this area. Last year, we published our second sustainability report. We are particularly noted for our commitment to renewable energy in our sector. Through our Solar Power Plant (SPP) project, we now generate a quarter of the energy consumed at our facility from renewable sources.

We are diligently working to comply with the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, part of the European Green Deal. By adopting circular economy principles, we improve our waste management, reduce the use of primary aluminum, and increase the share of recycled aluminum through ongoing R&D efforts. In 2023, we successfully completed Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) certification processes for our aluminum profile and composite panel product groups. These initiatives allow us to transparently share the environmental impacts of our products with all stakeholders.

We continuously enhance our responsible production practices. In 2024, we recovered 99% of our waste. At Sistem Alüminyum, our energy operations are managed under the ISO 50001 Energy Management System. In line with our carbon emission reduction targets, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint by 55% by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.

In this rapidly advancing technological age, we view digital transformation not just as a necessity but as a vital opportunity. One of the most important projects within our digitalization program—the SAP implementation—has been successfully completed, enabling us to manage all business processes from production to sales, human resources to finance, on a single integrated platform. This allows us to work with a unified data source, analyze this data effectively, and make quick, accurate decisions. As of 2025, in the second phase of our digital transformation program, we aim to implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to automate business processes, strengthen our strategic reporting with AI-supported analytical tools, and have robotic systems perform physically intensive tasks previously carried out by humans.

Another pillar of our progress is our investment in R&D and innovation, reinforcing our sustainable production vision. Our “low-carbon product” initiative has reached its first milestone, and we aim to complete the production of “Türkiye’s lowest carbon aluminum billet” under the name VERDEX by 2025. These billets will contain a significantly higher percentage of scrap aluminum, reducing dependence on newly processed secondary aluminum.

As we leave behind three decades, we grow not only with our achievements but also with our responsibilities, striving to lead our industry, environment, and society toward a sustainable future.
